Originally from the Manawatu, Leanne enjoyed an idyllic childhood growing up on the family farm in the scenic Pohangina Valley, spending her formative years actively involved in many aspects of the business. She went on to live and study in various parts of NZ and Australia, attaining professional qualifications in Law, Management and Marketing. She earned first place throughout Australasia in her specialised field of Trust Law. The relationships established, and range of experience in the corporate world has given Leanne a distinct advantage in her real estate career, which began with Property Brokers in 2003.

Leanne and husband Marius, together with their two children, moved from Auckland to Feilding in 1999. They are a busy family with a zest for life, and are involved in a number of local organisations.
