For the Edge People are a priority for Leanne, and her clients remain clients for life. Not only can they confidently rely on her creative flair and innovative marketing ideas, but on her ability to provide relevant professional advice, always going the extra mile to ensure the very best outcome for each client on an individual basis. She has built long term loyal relationships over the years, and has a broad network of contacts locally and throughout NZ. Originally from the Manawatu, Leanne grew up on a farm and spent her formative years actively involved in the business of managing her family’s Angus cattle stud. She went on to live and study in various parts of NZ and Australia, attaining professional qualifications in Law, Management and Marketing, being placed No.1 in Australasia for the results achieved in her specialised field of Trust Law. Her experience as a lawyer, and later as a trust manager, working with many inspiring people and circumstances, has given Leanne an impressive array of skills, and the ability to negotiate the very best position for those who engage her services. Leanne and her husband Marius, together with their two children, moved from Auckland to Feilding in 1999. They are a busy family with a zest for life and are involved in a number of organisations. They are very positive about the opportunities, growth and prosperity of the region. They believe in supporting local enterprise and enjoy promoting the benefits of living in one of NZ’s most beautiful towns – the Gem of the Manawatu! Having worked in Real Estate since 2002, and now supported by her wonderful Personal Assistant Megan, Leanne is a frequent recipient of Property Brokers business awards, and consistently ranks in the Company’s Top 5% of salespeople nationwide. With a professional business background firmly set in her DNA, Leanne’s tenacious personality and eye for detail commit her to excellence in everything she does. Anyone who chooses to work with Leanne will enjoy a competitive edge, and confidence in every real estate decision. |
Having recently returned from adventures abroad with her husband and family to re-settle in the Manawatu, Leanne’s sister and friend, Gaye Shortall, joined her in September 2017 to handle the day to day running and organization of her office.
With similar thinking and priorities, Gaye and Leanne share more in common than just their family DNA.
They work well together, and are continually developing and refining their procedures to ensure they provide nothing but the best advice and opportunity for their clients.
Gaye’s private real estate interests and experience, her own professional background as a senior nurse practitioner, local connections, and similar eye for detail, all combine to add so much to Leanne’s business, and to the unique competitive edge offered to their clients.
